本作是已經宣布了二期的人氣動畫《阿松》的手機遊戲最新作。《おそ松さん よくばり！ニートアイランド》遊戲的內容是以阿松為題材的“牧場遊戲”。可以在島上種植農作物和飼養動物，還有各種遊樂設施。
