Cygames及CyDesignation公佈《碧藍幻想》（グランブルーファンタジー/Granblue Fantas）配信日期後，同時也公開了遊戲的背景故事與部分戰鬥系統的情報。遊戲於12月17日登陸iOS！
《碧藍幻想》的戰鬥系統採用了回合制，玩家隊伍最多6人，參與戰鬥最多4人，由於遊戲正式版仍未發佈，所以暫時不知道能不能在戰鬥途中換人。戰鬥畫面敵方與我方分左右陣營，我方陣型在右方。玩家可以根據敵方的弱點進行突擊喔！
遊戲由植松伸夫擔任音樂監督。(《最終幻想》系列有不少音樂均為植松所作。)
